As I promised at the meeting, in this article you’ll find some software than can help you to control the size of the images and to convert the videos in format mp4 or wmv to the format flv that is the format that you can use in the website.

1.- Size of images. It’s necessary to resize the images because if they are too big is imposible to manage the page because the images gets all the window.

There are many programs of image edition, most of you know some. I used to use them but I discovered a program suitable for windows XP. Just download the program ImageResizer.exe that is in this official page of windows:

Install it in your computer and automatically when you click the right bottom of your mouse over an image it’ll appear the option Resize images . You can choose any size, I use to choose the first option Small

2.- Convert videos As I told you in the meeting if you want to put a video in your article you have to convert it into flash format (extension FLV).

I use Free Video Converter It’s in this website:

Click on the link Free Video Converter, download it and install it. It’s very easy to use. Remember to choose the extension flv

When you have uploaded it then copy one of the three labels that the computer offers you and write the word player like this:
